Should I change my downpipe from 4" to 5"?

Hey guys I was thinking about fabbing up a 5" exhaust. Right now I currently have a full 4" straight pipe from my s465 swap. Do yall think it's worth making a 5" downpipe? I would like to just put an adapter after it but if there's any gains I guess I might as well. Also does the exhaust still sound the same regardless if the downpipe is 5" or 4"?

no real gains as long as the 4inch is a straight pipe.
