I like Amazon light bars. Several companies make brackets to work with or without tow hooks. 30" is max if you want to keep the tow hooks.

I have a 20" mounted on a home made bracket that mounts through the licence plate holes.

The brand was Shanren I think. I had it on for well over a year and still worked great when I took it off. I added a bumper mount light bar mount and 4 round lights but honestly, the 20" bar was brighter than the 4 5" round lights I have on there now.
