    Fuel smell in Dodge

Can anybody give me a solution for this? This is regarding an issue with my truck. When I turn off the engine, some kind of fuel smell is coming out. There is no chance for any gasket complaints. Because I already corrected all those issues in the last service. If somebody here has any idea about Dodge diesel service, Please help me with your tips and suggestions.

Not sure year your asking about. In 3rd and 4th gen CP3 pump can weep . This was real common in 3rd gens. Take look up from underneath pump and cam sensor .

VP's were more notorious for leaking

Yeah if it's a 3rd gen they are common to weep a little fuel from the CP3, especially in the colder months. Not sure where you are from but I'm in northern Michigan and when the weather gets colder my 06 cummins CP3 starts weeping a little fuel. Not much just a little bit to give you that smell. Once it warms back up mine quits leaking altogether.
