Tuned boost numbers

I'm tuned by Jonathan at higher power performance. Love everything about how the truck runs, especially the trans tuning. One thing I have noticed is that his tuning really makes the VGT active. On his economy tune (30hp) I can see 20 psi from my cts just mildly accelerating from a stop sign or light. Wondering if these numbers seem "okay". He has told me time and time again not to worry, but I never saw those numbers from my 2010. I can watch the vanes close up to around 75% when this happens. His tuning is based around utilizing the VGT, I know for sure. Any insight from anyone. Take into consideration, I'm heavy..... 12k all the time turning (6) 35" toyo's
