Power Window Auto Roll Up Not Working

So this past weekend I unplugged my batteries to install my Air Boss plenum.

After getting everything buttoned back up, I noticed that my trucks auto roll up feature doesn't work on the driver side window.

Passenger side works fine and the auto roll down works just fine on both sides.

Not a huge deal but it is somewhat annoying.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this and what they did to fix it?

Note: I did reflash it, and I got WARP tuning in the meantime & loaded that up, and the issue still persists.

Im not sure but my drivers side lock button quick working when I first got my truck it would unlock from drivers side but not lock. passengers side works perfectly. mind you my truck wasn't deleted at the time just plain stock. took it to dealer they said switch was bad on drivers side and replaced it. My truck now is deleted and the damn lock button quit working again but the unlock still works on driver side and both lock and unlock work on passengers side work.

Man that sucks about your switch going out on you. I wonder why it keeps doing that. My issue seems to have gone away on its own. I didn't do anything tuning wise, disconnecting the batteries, or otherwise. Weird but I'll consider myself lucky until it rears its head again.

Mine quit working and if you put the window up all the way. Hold the window up button for 6 seconds and it should work again. Its so simple, its ridiculous.

But for it to be corrected that way is unusual and in a sense, not corrected or repaired. Just a temp fix (?) until it screws up permanently. I'd still say something isn't right.

The only reason I know to do this "trick" is my 15 did it and I went right to the dealership and wanted the switch swapped out. They did this and set it happens. You know how that goes. I believe your right, it's not a permanent fix. Why do they do this in the first place? And my batteries have never been disconnected.

I wonder if I did this "trick" without realizing what I did to reset it. I have the same concern as AnOldBiker with this not being a permanent fix, but like i said I'll consider myself lucky until it rears its head again. If it does, then I will be taking it into the dealer.

Now I am curious if holding the window down button after its all the way down will disable the auto up/down feature.
