Used to happen on my '15 too. I read that you need to do this when you disconnect the battery, to relearn the up position.

This actually happens alot. If any of yall run into it on any vehicle with windows or a sunroof. Have the glass closed. Open the window and hold the switch for a few seconds. And close the window and hold it a few seconds. It reinitilizes the memory for the motor. And works on most vehicles. Now if it happens constantly you've got something going on that is causing a binding or too much resistance making motor loose its memory or possibly a motor going bad.
Mine stopped working recently, as it may have had something to do with changing my batteries and this worked for me too.
@newage2003 Thanks for the info, one more reason to love igotacummins!
