    I had this to also happen to my exhaust. It went away in about 2 or 3 times driven, and never has come back.

    Was that 16k on the mileage since puttibg on the exhaust ?
    Has the amount increased in the pipe ?
    sorry for the delayed response. 16k was what the motor has on it, only had 100 miles on after tuning. I spent some time cleaning the cutting oil off and haven't had an issue since so it looks like I dodged a bullet. I appreciate all the input. Cheers
