Re: What's The Best Leather Care To Use?

Was asking myself that very question after recently purchasing my 2012 Laramie Longhorn.

Went to YouTube, there were some interesting & informative videos on the subject.

One guy was explaining that all modern leather is sealed with a plastic coating and only needs to be cleaned, sealed and protected from sun damage.

Conditioner is not absorbed like a baseball glove or saddle would.

One English guy was detailing a Bentley and explained it very well.

He recommended a product called 303 aerospace protectant.

I’m going to give it a try.

I use saddle soap from Bickmore and I use Bickmore Bick 4 leather conditioner.

It gives m leather that dark wet loo and makes it super soft.

I use both Meguiar's & Chemical Guys leather products on both the Wife's and Daughters Ford Edges!

Dad used to swear by Lexol --> I think it's still very popular still today.

Hey guys just saw this thread and thought Id chime in.

The best leather product I've used in my truck is by colourlock it's a bit pricey but it does an amazing job and doesn't leave any type of residue or a high shine.
