    Cleaning Rims with steam

Stole the wife's Lady Bug steamer and did her 20's first and then my chrome plated wheel covers.

BTW If you are going to steal something from mama she better get benefit from it before you do.

Tried every cleaner known to man and there just was not enough elbow grease to remove the brake dust.

One pass and it wipes right off.

    Too easy

Never thought of using steam before. I just may have to try that.

Did that when I was working. They had a ton of steam.
I miss the access to it. Might try the lil home steamer set up.

I've never steamed wheels, but when I had the factory dually simulators, I used eagle alloy wheel cleaner. Spray, let sit a few minutes, and rinse. They would shine like a diamond in a goat's ***.

I just tried this recently, my buddy has a sweet steamer setup at his place. My wheels were flawless, while mud was still covering the rest of the truck
