It has done it with mine before, it mostly does it on pictures that I already have in my "Photo Library" if I take a picture at the time of posting it posts just fine. When I noticed it turned sideways I backed out then went back into it and it worked.
This is all with an iPhone.

Idk, mine was in my library, that was 1600 miles away in MT last month. Back to Texas and melting in this heat LOL!

I do have an iphone but I never uploaded anything from my phone it went from my phone to my computer and it's making my pictures turn from m computer. I guess I can try posting something from my phone and see if that works.
