When ever I try to post a picture 90% of the time it turns. Like, it will be right side up on my computer then I post it and it will be turned to one side for some reason. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it so it's right side up?

Try turning it 90° counter clockwise on your phone before posting. Idk if it will help or not.
