"Mood Lights" & Power Sliding Rear Window Wiring Help

I've got a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 24v Cummins that is supposed to have red "mood lights" and a power sliding rear window. Neither of them work. I have no clue as to why they don't work. Is anyone familiar with them? My truck has the Mark III decals so I don't know if that has to do with it, but it's got a different deal on the top of the inside of the truck than I have ever personally seen before. Hopefully one of y'all can at least point me in the right direction.image.jpg

Thanks in advance for any help!!

I don't know about your rear window, but those mood lights.. I don't have any but have been looking at buying some for my pickup. You can wire them up with an expandable circut I think that is what I may do. Here is a link to where you can get one, they're relatively cheap. I was thinking about hooking it up to where my parking lights fuse is there under my steering wheel.
