that may cause it to lope,,im having the same issue with my 01 dually ,,i thought maybe fuel pump? injector pump? or evan maybe the injectors,,,i just learnt its the tps.......

TPS wouldnt cause that. where did u purchase these injectors? typically, 90's r small and arent known to smoke " heavy " even w comp box. stock vp? im assuming u have a fuel psi gauge? mechanical or electrical and where is it tapped into? 0.93 crossover tubes w stock lines? no hp gain. just causes lope. also sounds like a faulty wastegate or in need of a boost fooler.

I got the same turbo as you with the hard hose on the waste gate I just tied the waste gate closed with wire
Does your truck have auto trans?
Maybe it is slipping to much to load the engine enough

Almost sounds like a weak pump. Any idea what the rail pressure is?

What size are the connector tubes?
How much boost can you make if you prevent your wastegate from opening?
Have you done a pressure test to make sure your boots aren't leaking?
Check the boot on the passenger side of the intercooler, it likes to run on the body and leak

VP44 trucks don't have commonrails from which rail pressure can be measured
