Exclusively from Geno's Garage we have a '98-'02 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 Quad Cab driver's side seat cushion. We took the design of the OEM seat cushion and made some improvements:
- A higher quality foam
- Raised the left side of the cushion to match the right side
- Reinforced the bottom
Fits trucks with either cloth or leather seats.

Why can't I get this replacement seat cushion for my leather seats?

While the pattern of the leather seat is a little different, we tested this seat cushion on a seat with a leather cover and it fit just fine. So, we do have a seat cushion for trucks with a leather interior.

i sat on a folded up horse blanket for 5 years while pipelining in my 98.5, sold the truck... Should have looked around better but then i wouldnt have his sweet 12" longhorn!!!

Took the plunge, ordered the new seat cushion from @Geno's Garage Man, WHAT A DIFFERENCES! If you've been leaning to the left in the driver's seat, this is a great upgrade. Took about 30 minutes to take the old seat cover off and replace the cushion.
I'll post pix tomorrow, phone is charging at the moment.
