Advanced diesel in Granger IN doing my work.
Standalone EFI live tune based on what I use the truck for.... Driving 500miles per week of country roads, highway and some city.
Hoping for 18mpg

18 mpg sounds pretty reasonable depending on you driving style. If you do more in town driving vs highway you should expect a little less. A good guideline is add 3-4 mpg to what you get with emissions intact.
Either way i wouldn't expect to get that the first few weeks as you will have to get use to the new way it drives.. They are a completely different animal once all the restriction is removed.

Right on yea I average about 14mpg... Never more than that

Definitely not happy reading these when my 98.5 12v with 60 hp injectors and #11 fuel plate and stock exaust plus all afc mods done gets 26+ MPG ON the hwy...avg 22 mpg towing a 6000 lbs trailer..makes me want to stay with the older 5.9...hope u guys can get better than 18...all the best

Sadly, I believe those days are over. I have not seen anyone get these kinds of numbers out of a 4th gen regardless of who tuned it.

Best mine has done stock was 16 all highway to deleted last tank was 17.8 mostly highway
