ive got a 2005 CR engine freshly rebuilding as we speak. bored .20 over. installing hamilton cam 178/208 + 103lb valve springs. industrial injection 60hp dragon flys, 5" mbrp straight, s&b intake. no tuner as of right now. what could i expect.withOUT tuner. im wanting a reliable DD with a little bit of giddy up. also.. hamilton tappets and pushrods. i know these add no power just updating on parts.

Stock turbo too?
In an 05 270hp was stock to the ground if memory serves me right. Your injectors will make that 320-330hp at the ground I'd guess. Programmer makes all the difference in the world with them injectors. I ran a smarty sr with 120hp injectors on stock turbo and fuel delivery and pulled 560hp in my old 05.

I am curious as to see if anyone can give me an estimate on hp/tq on my cummins.
Stock per the Dodge FSM is:
325 HP @ 2900 rpm
600 lb/ft @ 1400 rpm
As to what you have now, you should get it checked professionally for accuracy.
Then you will also have a print out to compare future improvements to.
