Well I ordered RGB ribbon and they sent red only. So I decided to keep them and add another DIY project to the truck.
Made a couple little harnesses with resistors and diodes( same as mirror light mod).
Cut 2 equal length strips of the light ribbon and stuck on the back. Removed the 3 light bar bar of course.
ran and hooked wires up accordingly. All is working so time to tidy it up
All finished. $18 project

No sir...just decided to use the ribbon they sent. I also made strips for the mudflaps and rear of the headache rack. Seeing how easy and cheap this was I ordered some Amber to put on my running boards. Yeah I'm that guy that likes lights LOL.Originally Posted by Power247
