I always think of Glen Garry leading cold calls.
Well if you know the movie then that's funny.
Yeah, calls are bad enough then add the people and the things said to ya.

Much respect for the machinist.
The navy machinist on the ships I crossed deck on, saved our butts many times making the crap we as marines broke and saving us.
For waiting for shipments coming from CONUS that really never came.

79 to 87 USAF special vehicle mechanic.
I worked on all fire-fighting trucks to keep that flight line open. LOL.
From the old p-2 trucks to the large p-15 Stationed in Myrtle Beach ( closed), went to Egypt for proud falcon, then to Sembach AB in Germany, then the last base was Minot AB in ND.
Cold place!! LOL.
Retired due to disability from working on pools, drinking water, and sewage plant at an Indian-run casino.
Also spent time in summer building inground pools and above grind from start to finish, and during winter months plowed county roads.
Then I stayed home and babysat my 2 grandgirls from birth to them were 9, 11.
Now I tinker in NC in warmer weather, LOL, and love every moment.
Especially in Germany, I traveled to France, Belgium, and many other countries.
I even went to the Azores; now that was a scary landing!!!
See water than airstrip, land and stop when seen water again!!
I got to sit in the cockpit of a C-5 galaxy as we flew back to the US from Egypt.
That was exciting!!

Hey, I'm new to the page.
I served 12.5 years as an aircraft mechanic on F-16s and was medically retired in April 2022.
I worked as an assistant dedicated crew chief and dedicated crew chief in Italy (2010-2013) crash recovery out at shaw AFB (2013-2016), a maintenance instructor for F16 Hot Training out at Holloman AFB (2016-2020,) and was a flight line expediter at Nellis AFB (2020-2022).
I started working on Cruise missiles at Grand Forks, then PSC'd to Minot, LOL.
Then I took a Special Duty as an AC-130 Sensor Operator and PCS'd to Hurlburt, retired 15 years later, and haven't moved.
From Basic Training until I retired, I was never stationed outside the Central Time Zone.
2017 Ram 2500
Wow, I stayed in the central time zone; that was some luck there.
Good or bad, depending on outlook.
I was sent to Spain for 3years, hated it til the wife left, then enjoyed it.
TDY to Italy and Turkey got out just before the desert storm.
I was an F-16 weapons specialist and F-16 weapons trainer.
2021 Ram 3500 DRW, H.O., bypass oil filtration, bypass coolant filtration, S&B CAI, 4:10’s
2wd low loc kit.
Reacquired 2001 3500, 5.9 nv4500, dually cab and chassis, 5” straight pipe, edge juice w/attitude. Otherwise all stock…..for now.
USAF active duty 2000-2008.
I started in vehicle maintenance at Scott afb and, after September 11, cross-trained as a 1A7X1 aerial gunner.
I Flew on HH60 out of Moody with several deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
I went to Hurricane Katrina, did POTUS for Bush in Pakistan, and did a lot of other fun stuff.
Served the last 15 years as a paramedic in the fire service.
I flew here too recently and lost our Huey and four brothers in a crash.
I think I’m done flying but tinkering on my truck is therapy!
Happy to be here, and thanks for everyone else’s service to our country!
