The 2013 up tuning is as it was from beginning and had not changed.
I feared already this will be next wish of 13 up customers to have the torque management also as it is into 2007-12 software.

Just updated...set only to +30hp, 29 degree timing, 1850 rail pressure, mild torque, medium spool, and 185psi line pressure. I haven't gotten to drive it yet. I'll have to wait until the morning. I'm probably more on the conservative side but I figure I will start there. Should I choose a different rail pressure or timing? I'm open for suggestions.
I'd drop your timing down to 23 with that duration.

Agreed. 29* is a bit too much for a 30 HP tune.
