Yea i tried a couple apps, and numerous websites just no luck. I even used my daughters chromebook but atill no luck. I found a few websites to shrink the image to 480x272 and even "convert" to bmp but i keep getting a grey screen on the tuner.i know im missing something simple but cant figure it out. I reckon the old checkered flag will have to do for now!

You guys also need to rename the pic you use to h_bkg if you haven't done that. Always has worked for me, but I'm not using mac.

Huh? I've never seen the grey screen before. I've had it where I've has 2 pics accidently on sd card, and both tried to display, but never a grey screen

Grey background is when there is no image on the SD card or if the SD card is removed.

If you search Google Images for 480x272 backgrounds you'll get a bunch of images that'll be the right size. You still might need to change the file name extension, but your Mac can do that with no extra applications.
