Just read this in another post about his tuners but may apply here as well...
usually when getting error 0 on the tuner about the SD card i have found this to work pretty good to fix the issue
SD card needs to be 2GB and in FAT format to work properly
-plug SD card into computer and open folder and view contents
-Control +A on your keyboard will highlight all files, Control+C will copy
-Make a temp folder on your desktop(right click on it & make new folder)
-Open temp folder and Control+V to paste
-Goto start menu>computer and find the device - MM or XRT
-Right click on SD card and select "Format" and a new box will open
-Make sure it is in the "FAT(defualt) FAT32 will not work
-Click quick format box then click start and it will say its going to erase click ok
-If id does not say "format complete" then unplug card plug back into another -USB port and try again. this time you will have to type in what type of card it is under " volume label" in the format box
-If it says format complete its good to go, if it says it didnt you have bad card
-If good card, open up your temp folder and re copy the files and paste to SD card
Hope that helps

You can download FULL sd and whichever tune you want, copy the tune specific files to the FULL folder and replace files then copy to the formatted SD card
EDIT. some may run into a error saying unable to open file MMD010.BIN or XPD010.BIN etc.... In this case try this out
After your SD card is fully updated:
1-Copy all contents of your SD card to a temp folder on the desktop, i generally name it the same as the tuner
2- Format SD card to FAT(default) and quick format
3- Take these 4 files MMMenu.BIN(mini maxx) or XPmenu.bin(pro) and vehcile specific file(listed below), hsgrfx and 24fimg and copy them to the blank SD card
4- power up tuner with SD card and either update firmware or select the vehicle, let tuner reboot
5- SD card back to computer and copy rest of the files back to the SD card from the temp folder(do not need to replace the 4 files already on card, can skip them)
6- back to tuner good to go!
