Did everyone erase the old tune before installing the new tune on the SD card?
I copied the old tune to my laptop just in case and formated the card before putting the new update on it.

I just used a new card and kept the old tune on the other card.
Got my ultra updated about an hour ago. All went well and installed without problems. Really looking forward seeing if I notice any changes with my 2011 auto. Also can't wait to get some custom tunes running on it.

Just take your sd card out and place in computer then extract new files to the card

I keep a folder on my desktop of all the past tunes...I always delete everything on my SD card before loading the new tunes onto it. I've never had an issue doing it that way
