Ok so my brothers 2006 5.9 auto is haveing problems so its got good batteries and good starter alernator so it was running for two min and just died witch is norm if it looses power but now the lights wont even turn on door lights when you open the door like it is dead any one no why?
How are the connections? Cables?

Yeah what he said. Check the feeder from the left battery to the fuse box too. Check the back of the fuse box for corrosion in the connections. Pull all the fuses and check them too. Use some silicon grease or just simple vasoling on the connections when you puut them back together.
take those batt terminals off and clean them

Light bulb just went off!!! The 06's have been known to have some issues with the power distribution module. Very real possibility that thing decided to cook itself. 06 was the first year that the fuse box wasn't just a simple fuse box anymore.

They can be repaired of you have the patience. That box came with the CanBus. They didn't fix them until 09
