Cummins Injector Install Procedure.pdfidk if this will work. but this is a pdf i got from i'm not sure anymore... when i helped a friend change his out.

Rocker arm torque specs are 27ft lbs.
Fuel injector holddown torque specs are as follows:
- initialy tighten holddown clamp(mounting flange) bolts to 44 in. lbs
- after tightening, relieve bolt torque, but leave both bolts threaded in place
- Install high pressure connector and retaining nut. Do a preliminary tightening to 11 ft. lbs
- Alternately tighten injector holddown bolts to 89 in. lbs
- Do a final tightening of the high pressure connector and retaining nut to 37 ft lbs
