    Torque specs for injectors.

    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1412023083.663314.jpg anybody know where I can get good torque specs for putting a injector back in a 05 5.9 I had them at one point in time but can find a good rite up. Thanks for any info.

    Cummins Injector Install Procedure.pdfidk if this will work. but this is a pdf i got from i'm not sure anymore... when i helped a friend change his out.

    instead of making you sort thru the whole thing
    Rocker arm torque specs are 27ft lbs.

    Fuel injector holddown torque specs are as follows:


    • initialy tighten holddown clamp(mounting flange) bolts to 44 in. lbs
    • after tightening, relieve bolt torque, but leave both bolts threaded in place
    • Install high pressure connector and retaining nut. Do a preliminary tightening to 11 ft. lbs
    • Alternately tighten injector holddown bolts to 89 in. lbs
    • Do a final tightening of the high pressure connector and retaining nut to 37 ft lbs
