Sorry guys, I have an 06 4x4 mega cab 5.9. S363 turbo, 100hp injectors, ported and polished head, 100 lb Hamilton valve springs, fass lift pump, s&b cold air intake, ats stage 4 transmission, 5" exhaust and a smarty jr programmer. Egts get hot fast, anything I can do to bring them down.

Those 100's are probably the culprit. I have a similar problem with my 50's

I would try different tuning. EFI Live would be my choice. Then get a tuner to help you optimize your existing mods. Give Lucus at Terror Tuning a shout and see what he believes he can do for your truck.

stock exhaust manifold, the truck really doesnt smoke alot i get a little black smoke under hard acceleration but thats it. egt probe is mounted in the exhaust manifold between 5 and 6 cylinders.
