This is screen shot of an eBay page from the app.

You want to pay attention to the base shaft size, 4.9 is what you want or the lug washers will be very close.

I could not find a cover to slide in from the rear.

Even looked at a screw on type that I would have had to drill and tap the wheel to mount but none I liked seem to fit.

This is the best set of lugs I could find for the price.
