I cleaned the grid heater about 3 thousand miles ago it was pretty sooted up and I’d say it’s bin about 6,000 miles since I lost some weight under the hood.

I drove it today didn’t feel much difference, and when I started it it was about 30 degrees in the garage and it did the pre heat I got a little puff of white smoke but it started right up.

The BD diesel x heater definitely doesn’t put out as much heat.

2014 2500 on Fuel rims, custom aluminum grill emblem, mm3 DRD tuned, 4” jamo tbe exhaust, led fog lights, steering box brace, took Vinyl off doors.

Proclip USA mounts put to good use.

I played around with different setups for our ham radios and my tablet.

The tablet runs Gaia for offline maps along with the music.

We use the radios (with license) for the mountains when we are out of cell range, reversing dump, boat, and RV trailers, maneuvering offroad, and emergencies such as hurricanes.

I got tired of steering and the radio flopping around the seat and center console all the time.

This way, I can click the receiver to my shirt and talk easily and have it readily available during a situation.

The tablet has a bunch of sticky metal plates on the back.

The magnet plates are used with the new tech magnet that I mounted to two pro clip mounts.

It is so strong you have to slide the tablet off vs. pulling it off.

You could probably put the plates inside a slim fit TPU case.

The weakest link is the glue on the back of the plates, which had held so far but slipped off my kindle when it was mounted to the wall in our RV.

I added a second Nekteck magnet for a phone on the left.

You do have to pull off the radio mic to open the top glove box fully.

I had a jeep mic bracket, but it was a permanent stop for the upper glovebox.

    This works great!

I thought you guys would appreciate this.

I finally got around to vinyl wrapping the used cap I bought this summer.

Took a buddy about 7 hrs and me.

The wrap was $300 in the material.

Neither of us had any prior experience with wrapping.

Sorry - My post had nothing to do with exterior mods - so I deleted it.
