Chose to check the Air Filter after 16K miles - Remember - The JUDGE never goes off-road - She stays on the tarmac 24/7.

Even though I live in Oklahoma & the Air is Very Dusty & the Wind Blows almost 24-7 - there is a lot of dust always in the air, which is sucked in via the fender & directly into the RAM Air Box.

I have no clue if any amount has hampered airflow - but with that said - I do know that as a filter is left in service for a period of time, it actually becomes more efficient - but I'm not leaving a filthy air filter in-service upstream of my New Turbo.

Okay, this thread is lonnnnnggggggg.

I then realized I could skip to the bottom!

This weekend, I worked on my 2015 Cummins 2nd Gen swap along with a grid heater delete, Banks intake horn (not a fan), Fleece drop in lift pump, ac re-route, Fleece coolant tank relocate, trans/fuel/boost gauge - dual steering column pod, Fleece fuel filter delete, S&B cold air, and probably some other stuff I am forgetting.

It honestly has been a struggle. I went with industrial injection (not a fan) and ended up missing parts and then had to buy more parts, and then those parts came, and yeah, they were also missing stuff smh!

The struggle!!

I was hoping you could make sure you do lots of research before you do something spur of the moment like me saves yourself a lot of time, money, and hassle. Haha

Nonetheless, she is coming together!

A couple more things will arrive tomorrow, and I should be able to fire her up or at least attempt it. LOL

Does anyone know where I can get reliable Cummins badges?

I have a blacked-out night edition package, and it had chrome badges for Cummins turbo diesel, so I removed them.

I bought some supposed to be 2020 badges online from eBay, and they stayed stuck for about 2 weeks; how much are these at a dealer?

I need the new badges, not cheap eBay trash.

I have burned through two 48 inch aluminized mufflers, so I modified the exhaust again.

The 4-inch downpipe is cut off at the cross member.

There I installed a 4 to a 5-inch adapter, then into a 5 inch SS FTE twister, then a 5 inch Flo Pro SS muffler, then to my 5 inch Diamond Eye tailpipe.

Now it's very quiet, but the exhaust brake still whistles loudly, which I like.
