I have a 2012 6.7 and want to do the egr and DPF delete. My question is how much difference is there between a delete pipe and tbe? I know price but sound and performance?

It will help the most on your exhaust gas temps.
The delete pipe just deletes the NOX filter and DPF leaving the CAT in the down pipe. Turbo back exhaust eliminates ALL of the emission restrictions. That being said my testing indicated that the CAT in the down pipe is not terribly restrictive. I did notice a drop in EGTs around 200 degrees when I went to a TBE when the truck was pulling hard.
My FloPro kit gave me the down pipe replacing the NOX, and a straight pipe to replace the CAT and DPF. The only stock part left is the muffler and the tail pipe.
You can buy a kit with just the DPF delete or DPF delete and down pipe. You always better off with a full kit.
This. I just installed mine and am waiting for the tuner to download so I can enjoy it.
What tuner did you go with?
Make sure you clear your DTC's before you install your tuner program!
