Hello, I'm new here.

Seems like that's how everyone starts their first post.

So let's try again, I'll start by saying, hey, I hope all is well with the best forum I have seen for us 6 in a row fans.

I've been doing a lot of reading and taking screenshots of dieting products.

Making phone calls, I can say everyone has different opinions on what a person should do to lose weight.

So I figured I would ask the no BS club.

Any help will be appreciated.

If you have specific questions, DM me, and I'll answer them because you are helping me.
