Ok so before I got crazy and annoy my neighbors more haha.
I have done the perform reset multiple times.
Door has been open, depress brake pedal twice, and the gas pedal twice, and off, all within 10 seconds.
The code clears but comes back immediately when the truck turns on.
This came up around 57k miles, I also deleted my CCV filter.
Curious if that has something to do with it. I'm tuned also. For what's that worth.

Try the procedure described in post #8 (see the link below).
I don’t know if deleting the CCV filter will prevent this from working.

Did it exactly as the post instructed.
The code was gone for a few miles and popped back up, LOL.

Crankcase pressure sensor?
I would think if outside of parameters, it could be an issue?
The fact that it happened with the CCV filter delete is suspect.

Reacquired 2001 3500, 5.9 nv4500, dually cab and chassis, 5” straight pipe, edge juice w/attitude. Otherwise all stock…..for now.
