    EPA Getting Their Wings Clipped?

So, I’m unsure if this is just a rumor.

I follow this guy on YouTube who’s really into Mopar, and he seems to think the EPA is losing its ability to regulate emissions on our trucks.

He says the delete shops and tuners can sue the EPA for reimbursement for any fines they have been charged.

Have any of you heard about this or have any insight?

With the new and improved administration we finally have, I know things will progressively get better as time goes on.

It's a waiting game for really seeing what will exactly happen.

I have been keeping up with what moves are starting to take place.

It's time "We the people" stand up for one another and fight for our rights.

Any fines due to regulations promulgated by the rule instead of in the US Code are illegal, and they should be able to sue not only for the penalties that were paid but also for the business that was lost because of the rule.

If EPA were wise, and we know they aren't, they would settle all claims as quickly as possible before businesses figure this out.

It is harder to bring suit against the Federal Government, which is why, if anything, there will be settlements.

I should say it should instead of will on that one, too.

A snarky remark is forthcoming: where are all the ambulance chaser lawyers on this?

I would gladly settle for abolishing the EPA as a just settlement.

The problem is that the federal government has more lawyers than they know what to do with.

It'd be nice if the States would sue on our behalf and give those Attorney Generals something productive to do.

On June 28th of last year, SCOTUS overruled and reversed Chevron Deference established in 1984, which allowed administrative agencies to interpret laws and establish legally binding 'rules' with the penalties of those laws they were interpreting.

This reversal has had a profound effect on the firearms industry and our freedoms, with many lawsuits being won against .gov overreach.

It is only a matter of time before the auto industry figures out it is cheaper to use .gov than pay the fines for non-emissions compliance.

TKs Garage on YouTube has posted a few videos on legal deletes.

With Trump and his new administration taking over, we will see major regulation changes.

Even three letter agencies are being disbanded.

Based on TK's account, many employees are fleeing the EPA and looking for jobs in other agencies.

    I watch TK's videos sometimes.

Some of his stuff is clickbait.

Some of his stuff is baseless and unfounded.

I like Butta The Great better.

With Chevron Deference being overturned, I hope it gets better for us.

The firearms world is already seeing some benefits.

However, the ATF is still trying to legislate with simple rule-making.

There are so many issues going on globally I am not sure how much of an interest the new administration will take in the EPA overreaches that have occurred.

Unfortunately, the greenies make much more noise than we do.

Now, the dismantling of CAFE might be a more attainable goal.

This will help the auto industry immensely. CAFE is a complete joke.

The 11 states that join California in every legislative effort they propose need to be reined in.

California has way too much power over the rest of the nation.

Remember, this administration only has 4 years to accomplish reversing Hussein Obama and Biden's policies, and the way the country is, the midterms will be more important than ever.

We need 12 years to get this country on a better course, and you guys all know that the American general public is impatient and stupid.

They want everything free, and they have no patience to allow good policies to work.

We have spent the last 4 years bending over and catering to 10 percent of the population.

Just look at the news: the Democrats are already asking why grocery prices have not begun to come down.

The man has been at the helm for a freaking week.

Where have all the complainers about grocery prices and eggs been in the last 3 years?

    Okay, I have ranted enough.

    Touchy subject.

I'm climbing down off of my soapbox now and pressing reset.

    Good day, all.
