    BMP - Add A Turbo 13-18 6.7L Cummins?

    Has anyone installed this kit?

    I just purchased it yesterday.

For my 2015 3500 tow, an 18k lbs 5th wheel wanted more power and cooler gets.

This kit looked like the best bang for the buck, but I only saw 1 video.

I wondered if anyone here has done one and if it’s a pretty easy install.

I just checked out the installation video, and it looks interesting.

I am also curious if anyone else has installed this kit.

Compounds create a lot of low-end power; I would be concerned about the additional stress on the motor.

Do you have head studs, and will you have to add more fuel and upgrade the connecting rods and valve springs.

It looks like the coolant reservoir will need to be purchased separately.

Please keep us posted on the installation and performance.

I have studs, full deletes, and a FASS 150 lift pump.

I have valve springs and Hamilton push rods on my 08 2500, and it seemed like a waste of money.

But then again, it's nice peace of mind.

That truck has an S300, so it's new to the compound game.

I added the coolant bottle when I purchased it but didn't do the AC lines since they were unnecessary.

I will buy a bunch of heat wrap and heat tape to ensure it gets done right and everything is protected.

They said installing it would take around a month, but I will update you when I install it.

    Thanks for the additional information.

I am looking forward to your updates along the way.

Hopefully, the installation will go smoothly, and the performance gains will meet your expectations, along with cooler EGTs.

I got most of the parts in everything that looks like good quality.

I'm still waiting on the downpipe.

The only issue was they sent me the wrong intake, but I only had one sensor port, so I emailed them, but due to it being the weekend, there is no response yet.

I spent a couple of hours polishing the turbo compressor housing.

Here’s a before and after pic of the housing and a picture of the wrong intake.

I definitely could have put more effort into the polishing, but it was good enough for under the hood, haha.

    Awesome on the polishing.

Too bad it won’t stay that way long, LOL.

    The compressor looks great!

There's no need to go any further than that for sure, I did the cover on my 7685, and it was painful, LOL.

I'm definitely interested in how everything turns out.

    I love some compounds.

    Made a video of thinstallationll!

Also, I have my review at the end.

It's easier than explaining everything here for those who are interested.

Curious if you are still happy with it? Thinking about pulling the trigger on a compound set up. I like the pusher set but not the price tag. BMP is more wallet friendly and so following up to see if you still liking it or what?

I still love it. Have had 0 issues with it no leaks. 5k miles on the kit. Tons of boost pulls hard. Sounds amazing. 2 biggest cons I have. 1 down pipe vibrating on frame at idle. 2 warm air intake temps. I assume all compound kits have this issue due to no air box. Thinking about making one for it. Not crazy warm but warmer than I want. Definitely worth the money after you get past the horrible install. I think pusher is double the money.
