MM3 Tuner - ECM Communication Error - Code 18504

Sorry, I meant the scanner can clear codes as a function!

Those codes come back, but others from disconnecting the battery cleared and didn't return.

I can read codes from ABS and SRS, and it says my TCM doesn't support the reading DTC function.

I am not sure if that's the cause of the scanner.

Yes, I don’t know either.

It’s a tough call, and you may have multiple problems.

The codes show lost communications with the TCM, ECM & IPM, but you can communicate with the ABS & SRS.

Okay I got the ecm and tcm tunes installed.

Drove 20 miles, stopped and restarted 2 times and on the 3rd stop (at home thankfully) everything went to ****!

Check gauges light came on truck won't start getting several codes all new except the hvac ones AC wouldn't blow cold air since I picked it up.

TCM code p2701-inadequate element volume 2c, from my understanding this is caused by the 2C piston return spring snap ring being dislodged
Abs code c2101- battery voltage high
C2202-original vin mismatched/missing
U0141-lsot communication with ipm(fcm/tipm)
U0100- lost communication with ecm/pcm
C2206-vegicle configuration mismatch
Eom code u0164-lost communication with hvac control module
TIPM code u0100-lost communication with ecm/pcm
B210e-battery voltage high
P1275-a/c control circuit 2 overcurrent

Prior ECM got fried possible water exposure!

I'm thinking the new TIPM I just put in is bad or more things other than the TIPM and ECM messed up along the electronics.

Also, the MM3 tuner won't recognize the key being in the on position.

I'm getting error code 18053.

I'm sorry to hear the bad news.

I'm not sure if you installed a new, used, or refurbished TIPM.

I would first see if you can return it for testing or replacement under warranty.
