Hello, fellas; it's been a minute.
I am working on a 16 2500 CCSB tradesman.
It has a high P02E3 intake valve control circuit.
I have performed the RAM diagnostic procedure and found that pins 95 and 96 have a battery voltage with the key on.
95 is supposed to be the motor ground, and 96 is the power.
Both shoes are 13v with a key on.
I confirmed the harness is good, and there are no shorts.
What I found is that 95 and 96 with C1 disconnected show .5 ohms between the 2 pins at the PCM.
She fired?
The pro-demand procedure and FCA both condemn the PCM, but I'm unsure.
Please help.
