Edge CTS3 Issues?

Okay, I'm sure this is a dead horse, but I got an Edge Insight CTS3 in 2019, and it has had no issues until now.

Every time start of the truck, the gauges will load and then go into the gauges editor.

If I click it back out, it goes right back or sometimes goes to other screens.

It's so touchy.

Ive called edge they were a great help deleted updates installed new updates no change bought a new cord still no change.

Sometimes, it will be fine for a few days, and then it will just start going and doing its own thing.

Does anyone have these issues and find a real cure for them, or have you tossed them off a cliff yet?

Hang in there.

Their programmers will get it figured out.

My CTS3 wouldn't turn off, and they sent me a few different updates, and it has been working great.

I believe the technical sales rep. was Rich McKenzie 888-227-2447. I hope it works out for you.
