Maybe 2 MPG but not 10. 3.73 would be the same as the Dodge. There may be a slightly off speedo. But all that sounds like you're within factory tolerance. +/- 300 LOL

2003- 3500 RWD Automatic. S & B intake, BD Intercooler, Pusher Air Horn, MM3 Double R Tuning, Turbo Timer, electric Flex-a-lite fans, FASS 95, 50 HP tips, upgrade to 351 turbo, 3.42 gears, Twin air compressors, air bags, Remote dual oil filters, Hellwig sway bar, Front Winch. Home made Fuel Heater, BD Exhaust brake with Torque Lock. Tons of TLC
Set the valves, do injectors, has the timing been advanced, does the KSB solenoid work? 16 cm housing on stock turbo will help spool up. Look up Tim Worline. He has a very nice first gen. He makes cooler tubz (intake pipes). What are your boost and pyro readings? First gen engines are easy to get to perform well. They may not have huge hp #s but they have a lot of torque
