The fuel pump fuse (F70) is fed power from the fuel pump relay, which is soldered to the PCB inside the fuse box.
The control side of this relay is controlled by the PCM on K31.
See the circuit diagram attached.

2014 RAM 3500 (Aisin) 3.73 4X4 Limited Crew Cab Long Bed DRW. Oil Bypass Filter, Fuel Filtration Kit, Cold Air Intake, City Diesel Actuator and 50 Gallon Aux Fuel Tank.
This is exactly what we needed.
Thanks, Bob.
We will run an external relay and fuse to replace the bad one.
After looking it up, we found that it's becoming a common issue for RAM owners.

We got the lift pump working, but she's only putting out 200ml in 10 seconds where it's supposed to get 500ml.
I ordered a new Fleece for the tank pump.
This better fix it.
Final update.
It was the lift pump.
Replaced it with a Fleece high-flow lift pump, changed out the fuse box to be safe, and she's running excellently.
I didn't need to replace the injectors and turbo, but I am glad I did.
This thing runs fantastic now.
Thanks to AK Bob, he was and is a wealth of knowledge.
