Hey guys, I just purchased my 2022 Cummins with 41K miles.
I've always known the 68RFE was, at minimum, a question mark, if not a guarantee that it would **** the bed sometime during my ownership.
However, I haven't driven many 68 trucks, so I'm unsure how they're "supposed" to feel in good working condition.
My transmission feels really clunky when slowing down or coming to a stop, and almost all the downshifts are really clunky.
Also, it seems like the converter flashes a little on upshifts; I'm not sure if it's normal.
Overall I'm just reasonably disappointed in how crappy the transmission feels when it's got 41K miles.
Would you consider these "normal 68RFE" feelings, or should I bring the truck in to get checked out?
The truck is completely stocked.
Thanks for the input!
