MM3 Stock File Retrivel Issues?

Hi all, I have issues retrieving my stock file to update Tunning.

The start of my issue was the batteries went dead while I was out of town, and the truck was without power for about a week.

After installing new batteries, the MM3 had //! Error: D ! //

I could not change the tunes on the main menu in the gray box above the switch button.

I contacted MM3, and the tech said it was a corrupt memory card; I installed a new one formatted per the MM3 site, and the MM3 recognized it, and the error message went away.

Upon trying to get updated tuning while trying to get the stock file to send out, I got this code.

// Get U.D.C. custom\stock\stock.mm3.filed! Error: 70010. ID:7003 //

I contacted MM3 again; the only update I got was that the ECM is not accepting the MM3.

I informed the tech that the truck was running with no CEL.

i have no response as of now.

Has anyone had this experience?

Any help is appreciated.

Derk will get you squared away.

Thousands of folks to manage technical issues, I'm sure, can take a toll on being able to reply in a timely manner.

Have you tried to disconnect everything for a few and reset everything?

Then, plug back in to proceed to the next steps.
