Several months ago, my truck was in a jack-knife trailer accident.

The trailer/forklift pushed my truck sideways into a curb.

Both rear tires were blown out.

I still had my OEM tires, so I put them on the truck so I could still drive the truck.

I eventually got new tires to fit my OEM wheels.

Since the accident and the replacement of the tires.

The back end of the truck seems to lag what the front of the truck is doing. (fishtailing of sorts).

I had an alignment done, and the technicians couldn't find anything wrong with the front end, and the back seemed tight.

They mentioned that it could be the side walls of the new tires.

I let it go at that; however, it has worsened.

Another scenario is when I accelerate, the truck will pull to the left, and when I let off the accelerator, it will pull back to the right.

The other day, I lifted the truck and looked around myself.

I did find that on the driver's side, the U-bolts that hold the springs to the axle were loose enough that I could squeeze them, and they would give a little.

I thought, OK, this is my problem.

I'll tighten these up, and all will be right.

Not so much.

The truck still fishtails just as severely as ever and pulls when accelerating.

So, my question or hope is that someone could direct me in a direction to figure out what could have been misaligned, broken, or bent that would have caused my truck not to handle as it should.
