2022-2024 6.7L Tuning (No ECM Swap) Diesel Dudes

    Hello all.

I came across The Diesel Dudes' website last night and noticed they now offer a delete kit for 2022-2024 RAMs that requires no ECM swap (a first that I am familiar with).

They are using a NEX-IQ device, which I have never heard of.

    Has anyone used this?

Is anyone familiar with this device or how it works?

This seems promising if it's legit!

I'm unaware of this company. Hopefully, someone with a previous history can confirm.

On a side note, scroll down to the question section, 1 of 2; you'll lose the custom tune\tunes if you ever need to revert to stock, which you forced to have a dealership do.

Based on my lack of knowledge of them and their confirmation of just the stock file scenario, I wouldn't dare try it.

5k for a single-time flash seems highly excessive.

I could be misleading on this, but that's my gut instinct.

    Thanks for all your input.

I agree with pretty much everything being said.

Although I am not privy to the intricacies of the 22+ encryption/ECM architecture, I hope that this means that there may be more solutions to come besides the known ECM swap, etc.

Isn't the other option around 4 grand all-in buying a new ECM for a '22+?

The 5K quote includes the whole kit (new device, tuning, exhaust, etc.).

Are you referring to the whole kit or just the tuning?

Either way, I'll take 4k with more background of trial & error over 5k+ of experimental tech.

From what I'm seeing it's closer to 5-6K All in with new ECM.

I do think it's funny the same company offers the kit WITH an ECM for $800 more than this option LOL.
