I just sent the info over but could not upload an image of my insurance card.
I'm on my phone, and it would only let me upload from the URL, and nothing would come up when I tried to hit the upload from the computer.
I got everything else sent tho.
Not sure what else I can do.
I haven't run into this problem yet; I'm curious if it's from the browser you might be using that's not allowing it to show.
I know all the required information is needed for the membership to proceed further.
