Good afternoon.
I got the test kit in today and ran it up to 30 psi. I found a small leak, but nothing major.
I fixed the leak, but the problem is still the same.
I went and started looking into the exhaust brake.
Well, it turns out the controller had no power.
I chased the problem down to a bad connector.
I cut the connector out and fixed it.
I tested the truck, and now it’s back to 39psi.
Wow, what a difference.
The connector powered off the exhaust brake with the valve partially closed.
It’s running like a champ.
