Do you see two green cards or icons in the bottom right corner?
You may try removing the SD card and reinstalling it.

Try unplugging the MM3 from the OBD port and plug it back in.
This will reboot the system; if the error persists, check all connections to the MM3 and the communications module under the dash and OTF cable in the engine compartment.
If no problems are found, contact MM3 Power for technical support.
