MM3 Tuner - Version Mismatch Error Code?

I got everything in today, connected, tried loading my custom file, and got a version mismatch error code.

Was I supposed to flash back to stock before trying to load?

Am I missing something in the file?

I will attach a photo of the error.

It flashed back to stock but still gave me the error.

I might have to wait until tomorrow; something else is wrong, or I’m missing.

As AK Bob stated, make sure your batteries are fully charged when loading.

I would stick a battery charger on it if you haven't already.
