Is it worth going to the dealer to get a one-piece rear wheel liner?

If your rig came with something it should have from the manufacturer, I would head in and get what you paid for!

OP, is your truck a drw?
Only my DRW had the 2-piece liner; my SRW had a single piece.
Even though the single piece is a complete d!¢k to get in and out, I prefer total coverage JMO.
