MM3 Tuner Directions?

So I just spent the last few hours installing my MM3 tuner, so all I have left is to download the tunes and install the exhaust.

After I was all done and the thing fired up and timed out during an update, I read the directions.

It appears I went out of order and plugged in the display last when I should have plugged in the OBD cable last.

The display gets halfway through an update process, times out, and instructs me to unplug the OBD cable and try again.

However, the same thing happens each time.

I started to email Ray, but I thought I'd check with you gentlemen first.

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Unplug the tuner from the OBD port and walk away for a while.

Then come back and plug it back in.

Usually, that does the trick.
