2015 RAM SLT stock at the moment.
I will undergo "weight reduction" along with a Glacier intake horn and heater grid delete.
Other than the straight piece of exhaust (keeping the muffler), that will be the extent of mods for now.
Primarily looking for longevity and MPG, but who doesn't like a bit extra pep?
As long as it doesn't start tapping into longevity.
This rig is my DD, stop & Go /redlight traffic for about 10 miles, then it opens up to 70-75mph highway for another 10 miles.
That's the daily drive.
I only tow (under 8k lbs) about ten times per year.
Should a 60hp tune do for all, or should I try 90hp and 30hp for tow?
I don't think I have any use for anything above 60hp or maybe 90hp.
I don't want to stress anything, and the Cummins seems capable of what I need, even bone stock.
I like the 5-tune package but don't want two higher HP ones.
Can we sub those for a sound tune?
