MM3 Tuning / Transmission Quick Learn Process?

At what point during the whole process of tuning, installing valve body parts, and all the other associated parts do I connect the scan tool to the truck to perform the transmission quick learn?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

I would replace the valve body first, followed by the tuning, then perform the quick learn before the drive~learn process.

    Thanks, Bob.

That's what I was thinking, but I wanted to make sure.
